*a master suite of 80m2 with its bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bath and a private hammam,
*two bedrooms with private shower room.
The living space is ideal with a large TV lounge of 50m², a fireplace lounge of 70 m ² and a lounge-dining room of 120m², ideal for a quiet stay in family.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area offer a superb view of the gardens,
the swimming pool of 20m*8m (and the adjoining children's pool of 10*4m), and the large covered terrace equipped with a barbecue.
Wellness area with 150 m2 gym, Technogym equipment,
Tennis court,

Possibility to rent only the villa (up to 6 persons) or with the additional outbuildings (up to 8 persons) composed of:
Three equipped apartments: an apartment "Marie Charlotte" of 70m² adjoining the main house and two apartments nearby, "Aurélie" of 65m² with 2 bedrooms and "Manon" of 45 m² with 1 bedroom, opening onto the terrace with view on the gardens.
The rental is proposed only during school vacations, by the week (minimum 7 nights) and includes full linen, cleaning on arrival, departure and mid-week.
Arrival on Saturday 4 pm and departure on the following Saturday before 11 am
On request and according to availability, a chef is available.
Family receptions, musical or artistic animations are not allowed. Pets are not accepted.
No access for disabled persons.
